Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of FreelanceStudio on freelancestudio.pro. FreelanceStudio provides and operates the service.

1. Purpose

FreelanceStudio is intended to support legitimate freelance, studio, project, document, and client workflow operations. You may use the service only in ways that are lawful, respectful of others, and consistent with the security and stability of the platform.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use FreelanceStudio to:

  • break the law or facilitate unlawful activity;
  • violate another person’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights;
  • upload, transmit, or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code;
  • send spam, phishing messages, fraud, scams, or deceptive communications;
  • harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, or exploit others;
  • impersonate a person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data;
  • scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that degrades service performance or bypasses technical controls;
  • use the service to store or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, disable, or circumvent security protections or service restrictions.

3. Client Portals and Shared Content

If you share client portals, public pages, documents, or exported content using FreelanceStudio, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • you have the right to share that content;
  • the content is accurate and not misleading;
  • the content does not expose confidential, unlawful, or abusive material;
  • shared links are used in a manner consistent with your obligations to your own clients and counterparties.

4. Security and Abuse Prevention

You may not test, scan, or probe the vulnerability of FreelanceStudio without prior written authorization from us. You may not abuse rate limits, send excessive automated traffic, or use the service in a way that imposes unreasonable load on the platform.

You may not use stolen credentials, create fake accounts to evade enforcement, or use promotions or trials in a fraudulent or repetitive manner.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may take action including:

  • removing or disabling content;
  • suspending or terminating accounts;
  • blocking access or shared links;
  • reporting conduct to affected parties or law enforcement where appropriate;
  • taking any other reasonable action necessary to protect the service, users, or the public.

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, report abuse to abuse@freelancestudio.pro. You may also contact us at legal@freelancestudio.pro with enough information for us to investigate.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time by posting a revised version on freelancestudio.pro.
